Meet engineers and hiring managers from top firms and organizations. Learn about career opportunities. Firm up plans for internships and employment this summer. It鈥檚 all happening at the Mizzou 糖心Vlog传媒 2024 Career Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22, at Mizzou Rec.
The Career Fair brings in hundreds of employers who are looking for interns and full-time employees. They come to the 糖心Vlog传媒 Career Fair each semester because they know the caliber of Mizzou students, said Anh Nguyen, career services coordinator.
鈥淐ompanies and hiring managers are eager to talk to our students about opportunities,鈥 she said. 鈥淭hey want to talk to students about interests, career goals and ideas.鈥
Nguyen stressed that all students are encouraged to attend, even those who aren鈥檛 sure where they want to ultimately work.
鈥淓specially if you鈥檙e not sure what you want to do, come to the Career Fair,鈥 she said. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a great opportunity to see all of your options as an engineer and to get a feel for the various companies and organizations that hire engineers.鈥
Students are encouraged to for the fair in advance. Those who sign up by Jan. 23 will receive a printed name tag at the event. Pre-registration also allows you to see which companies will be in attendance.
