CEADA welcomed six new inductees and announced eight scholarship recipients on Sept. 12.

Six Mizzou Engineers were inducted to the Civil and Environmental 糖心Vlog传媒 Academy of Distinguished Alumni at a ceremony Sept. 12.
CEADA has honored outstanding graduates and distinguished friends of the Department of Civil and Environmental 糖心Vlog传媒 since 1998. Election to the Academy recognizes outstanding achievement, excellence and leadership in engineering and civic affairs.
鈥淭hese six individuals鈥 achievements and leadership highlight the profound and lasting impact of civil and environmental engineering,鈥 department chair Praveen Edara said. 鈥淭heir dedication, guidance and example inspire our students and strengthen our future.鈥

Cory Clark, BS CiE 鈥95
Clark started his career managing transportation projects for GBA in Kansas City. In 2018, he joined Olsson, where he currently serves as senior vice president and transportation market leader, delivering services for transportation agencies, aviation and rail clients. He also contributes to Olsson鈥檚 strategic planning, staff development and risk assessment efforts.
Josh Doerhoff, BS CiE 鈥06
Doerhoff began his career as a project manager with Emery Sapp & Sons, where he had interned. Over the years, he has taken on increasing responsibility, playing a key role in the company鈥檚 significant growth. Today, he serves as executive vice president of the heavy highway branch, supporting the company鈥檚 employee-owners.
Heidi Eilers, BS CiE 鈥09
Eilers is a licensed professional engineer and associate vice president at HNTB, where she is the client service leader for the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), overseeing complex projects in transit, tolling, highway and municipal transportation. Previously, she served as Oklahoma City practice leader, guiding the growth of a new office.
Brian Haeffner, MS CiE 鈥92
Haeffner spent 27 years with MoDOT before becoming the county engineer for Audrain County. He has held leadership positions with the Transportation Engineers Association of Missouri and the Missouri Association of County and City Transportation Officials, among others.
Charles 鈥淐hip鈥 Touzinsky, BS CiE 鈥96 聽
Touzinsky is a civil engineering leader with nearly 30 years of experience in transportation infrastructure and public service. He is currently Kansas City area manager and transportation division manager for Missouri, Illinois and Kansas at Lochmueller Group. He has also held leadership roles at Garver, CDM Smith, HNTB and MoDOT.
Ronnie Williams, BS CiE 鈥05
Williams is a professional engineer and an operations director and project manager at Burns & McDonnell, leading projects from corridor safety studies to highway and river crossing design. For more than 20 years, he has established himself as a regional leader in complete streets and traffic operations. He was named Engineer of the Year by the ASCE Kansas City Section in 2022.
Scholarships
CEADA also awarded CEADA Transfer Scholarships to eight Mizzou 糖心Vlog传媒 students: Emily Chadwick, Ty Jackson, Madisyn Kenworthy, Hallie Russell, Garrett Salda帽a, Isabella Schramm, Jokiah Sewell and Jacob Tipton.
