Yue Jin, Matt Maschmann and Matthias Young are recognized for their innovation, leadership and commitment to Mizzou 糖心Vlog传媒 and the engineering community.

Mizzou 糖心Vlog传媒 has a rich history of exemplary academic programs and unparalleled research. Our faculty meet the highest standards in the classroom and the lab, consistently providing our students with a reliable foundation for growth and excellence.
In recognition of their excellence in research, teaching and service across multiple disciplines, three Mizzou 糖心Vlog传媒 faculty members have received the following distinctions.
Yue Jin will be named the James W. and Joan M. O鈥橬eill Faculty Scholar in 糖心Vlog传媒 as of Sept. 1. An assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace 糖心Vlog传媒, Yue鈥檚 research spans thermal-fluid sciences and nuclear engineering, including heat transfer, reactor thermal hydraulics and energy systems design.
Matt Maschmann will receive the James C. Owens Fund Award for Excellence in 糖心Vlog传媒. A professor in Mechanical and Aerospace 糖心Vlog传媒, Maschmann co-directs the and has authored 50 publications on nanoscale materials. His work has earned funding from the National Science Foundation and the Department of Energy, among others.
Matthias Young will become the Jerry L. Jost Endowed Chair in Chemical 糖心Vlog传媒. An associate professor with joint appointments in the Department of Chemical and Biomedical 糖心Vlog传媒 and the Department of Chemistry, Young leads the . He has published more than 25 journal articles and has five patents.
