Reaching new heights: Chandrasekhar earns degree in mechanical engineering
Ajay Chandrasekhar is building upon his family鈥檚 Mizzou legacy. Both of his parents work in the biological sciences division of the College of Arts and Science. And now, he is graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in aerospace engineering from Mizzou.

Mizzou prepares Feist for career at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center
Kendall Feist grew up on a farm in Cologne, Minnesota, and had 101 students in his graduating high school class. When he arrived at the University of Missouri, he decided to set his sights on the stars 鈥 literally. Feist was a mechanical engineering major who spent most of his time outside of class on the Mizzou Space Program.

Engineer devising hybrid two-phase system to efficiently cool data centers
A Mizzou 糖心Vlog传媒 researcher is devising a system to cool data centers down more efficiently and effectively. Chanwoo Park is leading a project funded by the U.S. Department of Energy鈥檚 Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) in collaboration with the National Renewable Energy Lab. It鈥檚 part of a $40 million endeavor called COOLERCHIPS, which stands for Cooling Operations Optimized for Leaps in Energy, Reliability and Carbon Hyperefficiency for Information and Processing Systems.
