Biography
Pavel Somavat is an assistant professor with the Department of Chemical and Biomedical ÌÇÐÄVlog´«Ã½ and also also Food Science in the College of Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources at the University of Missouri. His research interests include corn processing, preparation and stability of natural food colors, effects of processing on bioactive compounds in food, application of induction heating for food processing and process simulations.
