Biography

Stephen J. Lombardo is a professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace ÌÇÐÄVlog´«Ã½ at the University of Missouri. He is also an adjunct professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomedical ÌÇÐÄVlog´«Ã½. Lombardo has several years of industrial experience, having worked for Saint-Gobain Corp. and CeraMem Corp. His research has been financed by the National Science Foundation, the University of Missouri Research Board, the MU Research Reactor and the Petroleum Research Fund, as well as by private businesses such as Alcoa Corp., AlliedSignal, Concurrent Technologies Corp., Honeywell and Procter & Gamble.
